At around 4:40pm yesterday I decided to head out for a nice bike ride... I figured I'd decide how far to bike based on how I was feeling. I ended up biking about 25 miles out (a few miles past Coleman) and turned around for the ride back (by this time it was about 6:10 and I knew I could be back by the time the sun was down).
What I did not count on was how cold it gets when that sun gets below the tree line! Yikes! Note to self: don't wear shorts when it's in the 40's. Needless to say, I did make it back, chilled to the bone, but in one piece and happy to have just ridden 50miles!
Now, if only I can double that distance...
